Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
At Lumi Loop, we work hard to get your nails crafted and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations and changes.
1. The "Golden Window" (First 24 Hours)
You may cancel or modify your order for a FULL REFUND within 24 hours of placing it.
- Whether it is a Pre-order or Ready-to-Ship item, simply email us at [Your Email] with your order number, and we will take care of it immediately. No questions asked!
2. For "Pre-order/Handcrafted" Items (After 24 Hours)
Because our sets are hand-painted specifically for you:
- After 24 hours: Our artists have likely started prepping materials or painting your set.
- Cancellation Fee: If you wish to cancel after the 24-hour window but before shipment, a 15% Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your refund to cover material and labor costs.
- After Shipment: Once the shipping label is created, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. For "Ready to Ship" Items
Because we pack these quickly (within 2-3 days):
- Once you receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email with a tracking number, we can no longer cancel or modify the order as it is already with the carrier.
4. Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Please email us ASAP!
- We can update the address at any time before the shipping label is printed.
- Lumi Loop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
