Shipping policy

Welcome to Lumi Loop! Whether you ordered a 'Ready-to-Ship' set or a 'Handcrafted Pre-order,' we are committed to getting your nails to you safely and transparently. Here is everything you need to know.

1. Processing Time (How long until it ships?)

We have two types of products. Please check the product description to see which one you are buying:

  • 🚀 Ready to Ship (In-Stock Items)
    • Good news! These items are already crafted and waiting for you.
    • Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • ✨ Pre-order & Handcrafted (Made-to-Order)
    • These sets are hand-painted specifically for you by our artists.
    • Processing Time: Please allow 15-20 days for crafting before shipment.

2. Mixed Orders (Important!)

  • If your order contains BOTH "Ready to Ship" and "Pre-order" items:
    • To save on waste and shipping costs, your entire order will ship together once the Pre-order item is ready (approx. 15-20 days).
    • Tip: If you need the Ready-to-Ship items ASAP, please place two separate orders.

3. Shipping Estimates (The Journey)

Once processed, orders ship via USPS:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.
  • Shipping Rate:
    • Orders under $50: Flat rate shipping of $4.99. 
    • Orders over $50: FREE Standard Shipping!

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your label is printed, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

  • Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is created.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lumi Loop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Secure Location: Please ensure your shipping address is secure (e.g., no porch pirates!).
  • Help: If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please email us and we will help you file a claim with USPS.
